Nurse Case Manager position

 

The Workers’ Compensation Nurse Case Manager is a Registered Nurse who provides coordination of care and case management and facilitates return to work from injury through the recovery process. The Nurse Case Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating injured workers, as well as working as a liaison between the workers' compensation carrier, employer, medical provider(s), and employee to facilitate appropriate and cost-effective medical services. We are looking for a candidate who is flexible, a critical thinker, and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and multi-tasking abilities.

 

Minimum requirements: Registered nurse with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, nursing license in good standing, and a valid driver's license.

Workers' compensation experience is preferred, but not required; Case management certification is required within 18 months of hire.
