Customizing case management is something we have always done because we understand not all claims are the same and often times evolve. From claim to case closure, we have you covered.
Here are some of the services provided by our Case Management team.
On-site
- In person contact with treating physicians and injured workers to discuss medical assessment, treatment plans and progress towards achievement of maximum medical improvement (MMI) and return to work
- Maintaining contact with injured workers every seven to ten days, more frequently if necessary
- Detailed emails are sent immediately following all encounters with the injured workers or treatment providers
- A comprehensive formal report is also provided
Telephonic
- Obtain timely medical updates from injured workers and medical health providers
- Detailed emails on interactions are sent immediately following all encounters with injured workers and treatment providers
- A comprehensive formal report is also provided
Focused Services, for cases not in case management, which include the following:
- One-time medical appointment attendance Home evaluations
- Clarifcation of treating diagnoses and injury relatedness
- Arranging independent medical evaluations and second surgery opinions
- Attending a physical therapy appointment to assess participation and implementation of a home exercise program
- Medical Record Reviews
- File Reviews
- Consultations with attorneys, if requested
- Testimony for cases in case management if needed
- Other services as requested
