plans at the request of insurance companies and attorneys for the
purpose of outlining current and future medical care and associated
costs for an individual. Each plan is developed specifically to
address the needs of the individual for whom it is requested.
Provide
medical/legal consulting and expert testimony in the areas of brain
injury, spinal cord injury, burns, multiple trauma, general
rehabilitation and life care planning.
Medical case
manager responsibilities include coordinating care between a variety
of providers, such as physicians, rehabilitation therapists, home
health agencies, inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities, and
with the family and client to assure quality, holistic, proactive
medical and rehabilitative care.

coverage, rehabilitation therapies, nursing practice, social and

assessed patient care needs and established fees for service.
