Voc Report
Referenced in Court of Appeals Decision
In a decision of November 18, 2009, the Arkansas Court of Appeals upheld
a previous Commission opinion that a claimant was not permanently and
totally disabled. As part of its determination, the Court cited
vocational issues documented in an assessment done by Systemedic
Vocational Specialist Heather Taylor, and upheld her qualifications as
an expert witness.
